Encouraging Expectations
The areas where our projects are currently active are Daspoort, Danville, Atteridgeville, Pretoria Central and Westford. We identify projects by doing a full needs assessment to see where we can be of the most help. We try to serve the institutions as far as possible through our projects.

ELDAA CHILDRENS FOUNDATION        [top]
ELDAA Foundation has a crθche situated in Garankuwa. Josephine Kiryowa is the principle. The purpose of the organisation is to assist the underprivileged parents looking for work and have nowhere to leave their children. They provide a safe environment for the children to play and be educated at the same time.

NEA is a Swahilli word for purpose, to prepare the way. They have a playgroup in Danville for 3 to 4 year olds. They realised the need as most pre-schools in the area only cares for Grade R’s.

Nkhensani Creche is located in Soshanguve. Their goal is to look after children while parents are at work therefore limit a number of children roaming about in the streets during the day. They assist in their development them at an early age and give them a foundation to be ready for school.

The pre-school is situated in Daspoort, a struggling community in Pretoria. The school has been around for 45 years which makes it one of the oldest nursery school in the city.

BOOYSENS PRIMARY SCHOOL        [top]
Booysens Primary School is located in Booysens Pretoria. The school serve a very poor community of Pretoria but they have a passionate group of educators that brings a positive change in the learners.
Underprivileged children: 250

• Uniforms for the netball and rugby teams. The children are currently participating in their school uniform as their parents do not have the financial means to buy sports uniform.
• A lunchbox consisting of sandwich, cool drink and something sweet for the children participating in sports after school.
• Fencing around the Grade R classes

This house is a place of safety for teenagers’ ages 12 to 18 years. This house of safety aim to help teenage girls which are traumatise and who fell pregnant. They can accommodate 13 girls at a time.
