HOW DO WE ADOPT AN INSTITUTION?

Steps to apply

Projects institutions considered are mainly in the Tshwane region but we also do manage bigger projects throughout South Africa. They must fit in our vision and mission.

Below are the steps for an institution to apply:

STEP 1
A written request with a motivation must be send to our office.

STEP 2
If it falls within our scope we will send an application form for completion.

STEP 3
On receipt of the application form we assess if the application is within the framework of our vision.

STEP 4
Inform applicant whether we will continue with the application.

STEP 5
Perform due diligence on the project institution including an appointment to compile a needs assessment.

STEP 6
Present proposed application to the board.

STEP 7
Inform institution of the outcome of application and the terms and conditions thereof.

We will only adopt an institution for ONE year. Every year during October the institution must re-apply.

Pay it forward

We believe that all adopted project institutions need to Pay-it-Forward to be part of our organisation. They must reach out to their community on a quarterly basis and submit a report thereof in order for the institution to receive continued support from us.
